The Customer acknowledges receipt of one copy of this Trading Areement(agreement)together with a copy of the Parcelforce Worldwide condithions of Carriage and the current 'Guide' and annex (if any). these documents constitute the entire agreement between parcelforce worldwide and the customer
The Prices shown are based up on the information on the Customer profile form and the detalils set out in this agreement. Parcelforce Worldwide reserve the right to revise the above charges if the Customer Profile informatiion Proves to be incorrect or alters.
All supplements to the prices set out in this agreement (such as surcharges, Zonal and saturday Delivery) are set out in the Guide or in an associated annex hereto.
The customer agrees not to send any dangerous, hazardous, orprohibited goods as classified by the international Air Transport Association (IATA) or any relevant
legislation,by any Parcelforce Worldwide service.
This 'guide'means the documents produced by parcelforce worldwide entitled your Guide to our Express Services' Worldwide directory and the Parceiforce Worldwide price Guide, current from time to time and also shown on www.parcelforce.com
